VOLUNTER IN RWANDA with PREFER

PREFER has many ongoing projects and welcome’s volunteers to join us for stays ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months. 

Volunteers assist in a range of activities during their time spent in Rwanda.  There are openings for teachers of Primary and Secondary classes at local schools, volunteers assist with the construction of homes and barns as well as the upcoming pre-school, and teacher’s aides are needed for the outdoor classes currently being held until construction is completed. 

Volunteers are housed in a 5 bedroom brick home with security fencing.  There is indoor plumbing, hot water, cook, houseboy and night watchman. 

 

This is an exciting time to be in Rwanda.  Good governance is leading this country into a bright and prosperous future. Volunteering gives you an inside look at a country that is fast becoming a leading example for the entire continent.  The work you accomplish here, during your stay, will remain forever and continue to grow with each passing year.
